The MA in Translation will:

•Provide for development in the field of translation.
•Provide students with solid knowledge of translation and interpretation theory and contemporary debate.
•Equip students with the critical ability to evaluate translated texts of different genres.
•Advance students’ analytical interpretation skills of texts of multiple registers.
•Provide students with opportunities to develop their critical skills of independent thinking and judgment.
•Provide specialist training in the different types of translation including the use of translation-oriented technology such as CAT tools and AI.
•Equip students with necessary research skills that enable them to conduct studies in the field.​
