Admission Procedures - Master

To submit an admission application, please fill in the online form and don’t forget to note down your application number after you submit the form.

Admission Documents 

The required admission documents are the following:

  • The application number you received after completing the admission process online.
  • Copy of a valid passport and personal ID card.
  • 3 personal photos.
  • Medical Fitness examination certificate issued from an accredited health center.
  • Admission fees (BD 88).
  • The original certificate of the bachelor’s degree, the graduation letter, and the transcript, along with one copy of each, taking into consideration the following:
    • All students graduated from a university outside the Kingdom of Bahrain must have the bachelor's certificate and the last page of the transcript stamped by:
      • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where the bachelor’s degree was obtained.
      • The country’s embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
      • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain.
    • Students graduated from a private university in Bahrain must have their bachelor’s certificate attested in the Higher Education Council.
  • The original secondary school certificate and transcript of all semesters issued by the Examination Directorate in the Ministry of Education (ensuring that the name on the certificates matches exactly the name in the passport), along with one copy of each, taking into consideration the following:
    • If you graduated from a private school in Bahrain: you should submit a copy of the certificate and transcript of all semesters along with an equalization letter issued by the Directorate of Private Education in the Ministry of Education.
    • If you graduated from GCC countries: you should submit a copy of the certificate and transcript of all semesters attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of origin, the country’s embassy in Bahrain, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain.
    • If you graduated from other Arab countries or Non-Arab countries: you should submit a copy of the certificate and transcript of all semesters attested by the country’s embassy in Bahrain, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain, along with an equalization letter issued by the Credentials Evaluation Section in the Ministry of Education in Bahrain.
