Process-2: Support

IT-Helpdesk e-Ticketing System:

IT Services department has been implemented e-Ticketing Helpdesk system to support AOU stakeholders (Admin, Academic and students).

For Staff Support, staff needs to login the e-Ticketing Helpdesk system and choose the available template of the issue, or they can send an email on "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.", which creates an e-ticket automatically and send a notification to requested staff and IT Services Staff.

However, for the any students support (Example: Password reset, Wifi Issue etc.), then students need to send an email on "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.", which creates an e-ticket automatically, and send notification to Student and IT Services Staff.

IT Services Staff will follow-up the concerned issue, and keep-track the ticket until the ticket closed. Staff & Students can also visit IT Services Team Offices (TF041, TF042 & SF036), between 8:00 to 18:00 for any further support.
