Prof. Moudhi Al-Humoud, President of AOU, said that crisis management plans of all kinds, especially those on a national scale, need to be ready to effectively face repeated or large and emerging crises. Al-Humoud noted that the effective method to manage a crisis is to create a team ready to act anytime, make a decision to deal with the crisis seriously, review the steps and procedures of the team responsible, encourage the team after the end of the crisis and review the lessons learned.
