AOU Training Center holds workshop onon Staff Relationship Building and Management, Innovative Supervision, and Work Pressure Management
The Arab Open University Training Center concluded a workshop entitled “Staff Relationship Building and Management, Innovative Supervision, and Work Pressure Management” delivered to a number of employees of the University from 16 to 20 October, 2016 at the main training hall of the Center in Ardyia, Kuwait.
Dr. Anwar Al-Harbi, the workshop trainer, said that the workshop’s aim was to prepare the participants to achieve excellence in their work through learning the secrets of success and following the essential techniques of influencing on their superiors, thus achieving excellence. In addition, he pointed out the workshop would help them to understand the relationships between staff, improve their performance, acquire necessary skills of problem solving
Al-Harbi started the workshop by introducing the relationship between the employees of any sector work and the ways of performance improvement, reporting, advising, and traits of leadership and supervision. In addition, he pointed to the aspects of failure and success in work and the ways of handling and avoiding daily stress in the workplace. He also differentiated between the aggressive personality and behavior.
At the end of the workshop and in presence of Dr. Sami Khalifa, the center Manager, Al-Harbi appreciated the positive interaction of the participants. Then, the participation certificates were given to them.
