Prof. Mohammed Al-Zakari, President of the Arab Open University (AOU), accompanied by Prof. Omar Al-Jarrah, Vice President for Planning and Development, paid a working visit to Pearson in London, United Kingdom, to explore opportunities for cooperation and strengthen the partnership between the two sides, particularly in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in education.
The visit included an overview of both sides’ efforts and experiences in AI and its applications in the educational process, as well as discussions on potential collaboration in future projects and initiatives aimed at fostering educational innovation, developing digital learning solutions, and enhancing the quality of the learning experience.
The visit also included a tour of the Pearson Innovation Lab, where the AOU delegation learned about the latest technologies and projects being developed by the company, along with emerging technological solutions and future trends in the education sector.
