Graduate Bio:

Captain Ayman studied Business Adminstration at AOU-Egypt in 2005. He works as Deputy General Manager for Aviation Safety at the EgyptAir. 

Success Story: 

After his first visit to the AOU campus in Egypt, Captain Ayman made sure that the AOU would be “the right choice for my circumstances". Having worked at the EgyptAir  since 1982, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager for aviation safety. At this point, he felt the need to develop his administrative skills and knowledge areas so as to enhance his administrative work.

He found out the educational system of the AOU is tailored to his circumstances and did not conflict with his studying and his work at the company. Then, he started studying in 2005 and acquired various management skills such as team working to achieve mutual understanding and the desired goals. Captain Ayman applied what he studied to his work field.

He attributed one of his success's factors to the modern curricula of the AOU, and the flexible learning system, which allowed him to control the number of studying credits.   ​
