The delegation was briefed on the institute’s key activities and cultural and educational programmes, as well as its role in promoting Arab civilisation and culture and fostering dialogue and communication between the Arab world, France, and Europe.
The meeting explored prospects for cooperation and partnership in several areas of mutual interest, with a particular focus on initiatives related to youth and culture, the Arabic language, and strengthening channels of communication and intellectual and cultural exchange.
Established in 1980, the Institut du Monde Arabe plays a key role in promoting Arab culture, advancing research on the Arabic language and Arab values, and encouraging cooperation and exchange between France and the Arab world in the fields of science and culture.
