Admissions and Registration Office

Mission

The role of the Admissions and Registration is to maintain all student records, coordinate and administer all university regulations regarding registration, graduation, probation, certificates, transfer of credits, grade transcripts, student petitions, and forms.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Overseeing the admissions process
  • Coordinating with faculty members for the purpose of:
  • The Registrar’s office acts as the central repository for student data and officially answers queries concerning this data
  • Conduct and manage processes related to registration:
  • Process transfer credit applications for incoming undergraduate students
  • Coordinate and produce official enrollment and academic certification from academic records (Registrar’s Office/Student Records Section):
  • Provide support for determining academic eligibility and academic progress:
  • Participates in the student monitoring and follow up procedures
  • Collects and processes various student inquiries and petition. Notifies students of different university academic and regulatory issues:
