AOU organized the cultural event.

The Arab Open University organized a cultural event under the gracious patronage of Prof. Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Zakari, President of the University, with the attendance of a distinguished group of Saudi literary figures and historians. The event featured three cultural papers.

The first paper, titled "King Abdulaziz in the Poetry of Kuwaiti Poet Mahmoud Shouqi Al-Ayoubi," was presented by Dr. Mohammed Al-Rabea. The second paper, titled "Kuwait's First Historian, Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed," was delivered by Prof. Musaad bin Eid Al-Atoui. The third paper discussed "Oral History and the Experience of King Abdulaziz Foundation and King Fahad Library." This was jointly presented by historian Professor Mohammed Al-Qashami and Prof. Abdul Latif Al-Humaid, highlighting the significance of oral documentation and its role in preserving national heritage.
