FaultEye is an AI-powered predictive maintenance system developed for the PTA crane compressor at ALBA. The project analyzes sensitive operational data to predict potential compressor failures before they occur. It uses a weighted ensemble model combining XGBoost and Random Forest to calculate failure probability and classify risk levels, while conditional regression is used to estimate the remaining useful life of key compressor components. The system also provides Power BI-based monitoring, live sensor tracking, risk assessment, executive decision support, and recommended maintenance actions.
