This project proposes a mobile application designed to bridge the communication gap between deaf individuals and those unfamiliar with sign language. The app converts written Arabic and English text into visual sign language using animated avatars, supporting sentence-level translation for coherent communication. By focusing on accessibility and inclusivity, the application empowers deaf users to interact effectively in personal, educational, and professional settings. It also promotes awareness of sign language among hearing individuals. Key features include text input, sign visualization, gesture customization, offline capabilities, and user feedback mechanisms. The system involves three main actors: deaf users, hearing users, and administrators who manage translation models and updates. Built using Agile methodology, the project emphasizes iterative development and user-centered design. Future enhancements may include speech-to-sign and sign-to-text conversion, AR integration, and support for regional sign variations. Overall, the app offers an innovative solution to support social inclusion and technological advancement in accessibility.
