This system will handle the fuel ordering and delivery process which will start from call center that get the information from customer and make profile for him, then take information regard fuel order such as fuel type, quantity, delivery date and time, address and notes from customer.
Once the order places in the system it will appear in delivery supervisor screen, in this screen the supervisor will see all orders with their status filtered by day date, and he can assign the order to delivery man (truck driver).
Delivery man will have app in his smart phone, in this app he will see all orders assign to him and each order will have customer information for the order and delivery information so he can make the delivery and issue invoice with current fuel price.
Delivery and invoice information will transferred from app to main delivery system, so the system can make analysis for the data and extract reports.
Overall, my solution aims to streamline the fuel delivery process, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency for suppliers.
