This project presents the design and implementation of a secure enterprise network for a legal collection office with a dedicated call center section. The network was developed using Cisco Packet Tracer and incorporates VLAN segmentation, Router-on-a-Stick inter-VLAN routing, Access Control Lists (ACLs), DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT, DMZ architecture, Voice VLAN, SSH management, and Layer 2 security mechanisms.
The proposed solution improves network security, reduces unauthorized access between departments, supports IP telephony services, and provides controlled access to internal and public resources. The project was validated through connectivity testing, DHCP verification, DNS and web service testing, NAT translation analysis, ACL enforcement validation, and VoIP communication testing. The final design demonstrates enterprise-level networking and cybersecurity best practices.
